InHarmony Yoga

Jackie has designed yoga and exercise programs for  juvenile detention centers as well as large corporations. She was the Southern California Regional Instructor Coordinator for “Silver Sneakers”. Jackie was the co-founder of Infusion Yoga, which offered studio quality yoga classes at Bally Total Fitness gyms throughout Southern California. She and her co-founder created and taught a specially designed 72-hour comprehensive teacher training course for Bally Total Fitness instructors. This teacher training course was recognized by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (“AFAA”) and approved for continuing education units (CEU’s). Jackie and her co-founder also created an elementary school yoga program that was implemented into CREST-the after school enrichment program for the City of Santa Monica.

Jackie is a CEU provider for YMCA’s nationally. Her Vinyasa Flow workshops offer AFAA certified instructors 5 hours of CEU’s.  She designed and taught Relax Deeply Restorative Yoga & Meditation classes at hospitals and medical group locations in and around Los Angele. Jackie has taught yoga at various studios in Southern California including TruYoga in Santa Monica and also was the owner of a yoga studio, InHarmony Yoga, in Chatsworth, CA. She is a national presenter for the Practical Yoga Instructor Training workshop offered by AFAA.  She was the Group Exercise Director for Coast Fitness – South Bay in Los Angeles.  She currently is teaching private yoga classes and developing a corporate yoga program for Core Response Pilates and Wellness Center in Santa Monica.

 Jackie’s training and practice for many years with Ana Forrest, Vinnie Marino, Annie Carpenter, Shiva Rea, Bryan Kest, Rudy Mettia and Chris Stein has greatly influenced her style of Yoga. She has also trained with many other renowned yoga masters, exercise experts and studied Anatomy and Physiology at U.C.L.A. She is a Certified Group Exercise Instructor with AFAA.
